The Woods of Wayne is a 154-acre picturesque development consisting of 112 custom home sites. We are a private estate community annexed into the Village of Wayne, DuPage County. The streets and common areas are private and governed by the Homeowners Association. The terrain is rolling, wooded and includes three stocked ponds.
The Woods of Wayne is situated about an hour west of Chicago and in the middle of horse country. Nearby is Pratts Wayne Woods which provides 168 additional rolling acres of forest. The town of Wayne has a country feel, but surrounded by all of the amenities of city life with both downtown St.Charles and Geneva nearby.
